The Glass Woven Roing is a kind of plain weave or twill reinforcement fabric woven from direct roving yarns, which possesses layered binding rationality. According to specific needs, short-cut layers or thin mats can be added for stitching and compositing.

Strength: The strength of the grid cloth is mainly concentrated in the warp and weft directions of the fabric. For applications requiring high strength in a specific direction, unidirectional cloth can be woven, where more direct roving yarns are arranged in the warp or weft direction.

Physical properties: The product has uniform thickness, uniform tension, and good straightness. Additionally, it has a fast resin impregnation speed, good film-forming properties, and is easy to remove bubbles. The products exhibit high mechanical strength with a high wet strength retention rate.

Applications:

Industrial applications: Glass fiber grid cloth is mainly used for heat insulation, fire prevention, and flame retardancy in the industrial sector. When the material is exposed to flame, it can absorb a large amount of heat and prevent the flame from spreading, isolating the air.

Shipbuilding and construction: Glass fiber grid cloth is a commonly used reinforcement material in ship hulls, storage tanks, cooling towers, vehicles, tanks, and building structural materials.

FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) products: It is widely used in hand-laid and mechanically formed products such as FRP containers, swimming pools, car bodies, windsurfing boards, furniture, and more.

Packaging: The product is wound on a paper tube with an inner diameter of 76mm. Various widths can be produced according to customer needs. After winding, it is covered with a polyethylene plastic bag. Wooden frame or pallet can be selected according to customer needs.

Storage: The product should be stored in a cool and moisture-proof place. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity should be maintained between 15°C to 35°C and 35% to 65% all the time. Please keep the product in its original packaging before use to avoid moisture absorption.
